How it works

One workflow, live in eight weeks, then the next one

No platform up front. We start narrow: the sources and integrations that matter for one process. Every next workflow reuses what is already there.

Eight weeks is indicative; the exact timeline is set in the proposal.

STEP 1

Pick the process and the KPI

One process, one metric. In week 1 we measure the baseline, so the result is never up for debate later.

STEP 2

Unlock data and systems

Connectors to the sources that matter, with access rights carried along. Decision rules live in configuration, not in code.

STEP 3

Build and test

An evaluation set with golden examples and thresholds. Every release runs on at least two cloud partners and one on-premise reference before it goes live.

STEP 4

Go live, then day-2

Monitoring, evaluations at every model swap, updates and cost per department. That is part of the run fee, not extra work.

What you get

We deliver the workflow. Partners deliver the infrastructure.

Infrastructure, platform and models you buy from a European cloud partner, or you run them yourself. That is the partner side. Everything above it, plus security, monitoring and governance, Clicksov delivers as one working workflow.

Switching cloud or model partner does not mean rebuilding: a fixed core, thin adapters and open interfaces between the layers.

Portability test

Every release passes the same evaluation set on at least two cloud partners and one on-premise reference. Once a year we run a switch drill: how long does moving from partner A to partner B take?
