Who we are

Clicksov is based in Utrecht, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under [KVK NUMBER], with its office at [ADDRESS]. Clicksov is the controller for the personal data described in this statement.

You can reach us about privacy at hello@clicksov.ai.

What data we collect

When you fill in the contact or partner form, we collect your name, organisation, email address and the message you send us.

This website uses no analytics cookies and no tracking. Our hosting provider keeps server logs for security purposes only.

Why we process your data, and on what legal basis

We use form submissions to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you and taking pre-contractual steps at your request.

When we run a workflow for a customer, we process the data needed for that work under the contract with that customer.

Where data is processed

Your data is processed within the European Union. This website and the customer workflows we run are hosted on European infrastructure.

A list of the sub-processors we use is available on request.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for 12 months, unless a contract follows from our exchange; in that case the contract term applies.

Customer data is kept for as long as the contract specifies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Email hello@clicksov.ai and we will respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority.

Security

We encrypt data in transit and at rest. Where applicable, encryption keys stay with the customer.

Access to personal data is limited to people who need it for their work, on a need-to-know basis.

We may update this statement when our processing changes. The date below shows the latest version; material changes are announced on this page.
