Pricing
You pay for results, not for a platform.
Week 1 sets the baseline for one KPI. From go-live you pay a fee tied to that KPI. Infrastructure from the partner is passed through at cost, itemised: capacity, sovereignty and platform shown separately, so you can see where any premium sits.

Questions
Pricing, plainly answered
What counts as a completed case?
A case the workflow handled end to end, from trigger to the prepared file in your core system, including the human check. Only those cases are billed.
What if the KPI does not improve?
The result fee is tied to the KPI baseline measured in week 1. If the workflow does not handle cases end to end, there is no result fee for them, and the monthly total is capped at the agreed ceiling.
Can we switch cloud partner later?
Yes. Every release passes the same evaluation set on at least two cloud partners and one on-premise reference, and a one-off move carries no egress or switching fees under the EU Data Act.
What is in the exit package?
The repository, the container images, the model references and an export of your data. It is written into the contract and fits the exit strategy DORA requires.
All amounts on this page are indicative; the exact fees are fixed in the proposal.
